A shell for a crown!

In the garden area some children used sticks, shells and fir cones to make representations of Her Majesty! How inventive to use a scallop shell for a crown. A challenge for you all will be to spot the four corgis in the collage of the Queen made from natural resources. The creativity shown by our children never ceases to amaze me.

Finally, enjoy looking at some of the other learning opportunities that the children have participated in this week.

We are delighted, once again, to support our local church with a display of beautifully decorated crowns.

It takes a lot of perseverance to fill a bucket with sand but the children rose to the occasion and made some wonderful castles. Some children chose to look for sticks to use as flag poles on the top whilst some of our older children dug a moat around the outside.
